Our Founder
TJ Odugbesan
CyberSkillWorks was founded by TJ Odugbesan, a seasoned cybersecurity leader with decades of hands-on experience across enterprise security, risk management, governance, and infrastructure protection. With credentials including CISSP, CISM, GSLC, CCIE, ITIL, MCP, and CCNA, TJ has spent his career building and leading security programs in real, high-stakes environments.
Throughout his career, TJ noticed a consistent problem. Talented and motivated people were earning degrees and certifications yet still struggled to break into or advance within cybersecurity roles. The challenge was not effort or intelligence, but a lack of real-world experience and confidence applying skills in professional settings.
CyberSkillWorks was created to close that gap. TJ designed it as a practical pathway where learners gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and the skills employers actually expect, so they can confidently step into roles and grow in their careers.
