3. User Accounts and Registration

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your complete payment card information.
4.3 Refunds
Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team within 30 days of purchase to request a refund. Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to our discretion.
5. User Conduct and Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
- Share your account credentials with others
- Copy, modify, or distribute content without authorization
- Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and access to our services.
6. Intellectual Property Rights

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
6.3 User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
7.2 Educational Content
While we provide quality educational content, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, job placements, or career advancement. Training results depend on individual effort, background, and market conditions.
7.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberSkillWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CyberSkillWorks, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Any content you submit or transmit through the Platform
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Platform will immediately cease
- We may delete your account and associated data
- You remain responsible for any fees incurred before termination
